Our ITI is affiliated with the National Council for Vocational Training Institute (NCVT), Government of India New Delhi through the State Council for Technical Educational & Vocational Training, Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Govt. of India.
The Institute is located at NH-330 Jamoli , Kurebhar , Sultanpur , UP. Training at Our ITI is career-oriented and industry relevant by combining theory and practice with real-life ‘hands-on’ experience throughout the year course with an overarching aim of empowering its students with knowledge, skills, and exposures that will make them stand out in life, society, and nation. At Our ITI, the emphasis is on making students learn rather than only study. We have the teaching and training infrastructure taking a step beyond conventional approaches. It actively enables students to practice innovative thinking.
We provide young, inexperienced students with the ideal start to their careers by preparing them through an intense period of personal and professional transformation for challenges in any functional area, anywhere in the world. The aim of the institute is to impart technical training approved by NCVT to make the educated unemployed youth suitable for industrial employment in Bihar as well as gainful self-employment.
The Institute has its own building, and workshop equipped with all types of machinery, tools, etc,(as per NCVT norms) and a full-fledged technical library.

Eligibility:
10th standard pass under the 10+2 system with good scores in science and mathematics. The candidate should be a minimum of 14 years and a maximum of 40 years of age on the date of admission.
Method of Selection:
Basic essential qualification, First- come first – served basis.
No bad habits of smoking or consuming drugs, alcohol, etc.
Notes:
The selected candidate must submit the following certificate-
- A4 passport-size recent photograph
- Original and a photocopy of the 10th class Mark sheet &Transfer Certificate.
- Caste certificate (OBC, SC, ST)
- Adhar Card.
- Bank Details.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Blood Group test report.
- Photocopy of proof address. (Ration Card/Voter ID Card etc.)

Uniform:
Trainees have to stitch the uniform 7 days from the date of admission and shall wear the shame, daily right from their residence till reaching back to the residence.
- Sky blue shirt & navy blue trouser.
- In winter grey sweater/ coat.
- Black tie.
- Black Rubber shoes.
Suspension/discharge:
- Trainees are liable for discharge on account of unsatisfactory progress in training
- For acts of indiscipline misconduct.
- If the attendance percentage falls below 50%
- The pending investigation of the allegation against him.
Sports & Extra Curricular Activities:
To maintain a healthy body and holistic development, extracurricular activities and sports will be compulsory.
Training Curriculum:
The institute maintain rigid training as prescribed in the training manual issued by DGET, New Delhi. compliance to this standard, the institute maintains a group of qualified and experienced Instructional staff to impart methodical training to make the trainee for employment in industries as well s self-employment by availing financial assistance from the govt. Agencies. During the training period, regular monthly tests are conducted to evaluate the performance of the trainee.
Training:
Visit selected local Industries. ‘Hands-on’ practical training in a local company will be compulsory.
Attendance:
As per NCVT norms, the minimum attendance required is 80% of the training period. Noncompliance will disallow trainees from appearing in the annual examination.
Holidays:
As per NCVT norms are no vacations. The Center will work throughout the year. Holidays will be as permissible by the Department of Employment and Training, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Leave admissible to Training
- Casual leave:- 12 days per year, subject to a maximum of 6 days at a time, excluding the intervening holidays.
- Medical leave:- 15days shall be allowed owing to illness, on submission of a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner. In case of serious illness, a further period, not exceeding 6 weeks, for the entire period of two years is also admissible which a certificate from the nearest government Hospital, should support.
- Special leave:- On period permission 10 days special leave for private affairs such as birth marriage and other social functions is allowed.
- Students who remain absent for more than 15 days at a stretch without information will automatically be struck off from the rolls.
Progress Card:
Progress cards for every trainee will be maintained from the date of admission in the Institute. The monthly test will be conducted in all the subjects and performance will be recorded on a monthly or quarterly basis for awarding the sessional marks. The following criteria will also form part of the regular assessment:
- Responsibility towards the tools, Equipment, and allotted work.
- Industry, diligence, accuracy, and speed.
- Regularly in attendance and punctuality.
- Cleanliness (personal, Workplace, and Equipment)
- Inter-personal behavior includes Curiosity, Obedience, Enthusiasm, and Sincerity to learn.
- Attendance at Flag Hoisting on Republic Day & Independence Day.
Certificates:
- A provisional Certificate will be issued at the end of the successful completion of the course.
- National Trade Certificate will be made available as soon as it is received from NCVT, New Delhi.
Discipline:
All the admitted candidates shall be required to strictly abide by the provision of rules and regulations prescribed by the institute, as regards their conduct and discipline.
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Trainees are required to wear institute uniforms all the time and workshop clothing during practical hours.
- The use of mobile phones is banned for trainees and staff in workshops and classrooms.
General Rules:
- All trainees should aim to conduct themselves according to the highest standards of manners and discipline.
- punctual and regular attendance is essential fo good progress in studies and conductive to moulding of character.
- Digntity for Labor is an important aspect of our training. No job is considered bellow one’s dignity .Therefore , all trainees must be ready to work hard , including any type of physical work. this includes cleaning and maintenance of our ITI premises, gardens classroom , workshop , toilets , machineries, tools , and materials by the students.
- No trainees shall leave the classroom or workshop without permission his/ her Instructor.
- Each trainee must ensure to wear complete neat and clean uniform throughout the course.
- Trainees are allowed to carry out practical work only as assigned by his/ her Instructor.
- Safefty regulations must be followed. Our ITI will not be responsible forany injury or disablement caused due to non – observance of the prescribed regulations.
- Each trainees or his / her parents or guardian must meet expenses of damage (s) of our ITI property, due to negligence, willfulness or disobedience of orders or rules. depending upon the seriousness of the case , this will lead to immediate expulsion from the centre.
- any form of leave shall be addressed in advance to the principal or his representative stating the period and reason for leave applied for. Absence without permission will be treated as misconduct and a fine will be charged. for leave , taken in excess of permissible leave , a fine will be imposed . any repetition will lead to serious disciplinary action against the trainee.
- In case of illness, a medical certificate from a recognized medical practitioner is essential.
- 80% attendance is the minimum for a trainee to be eligible to appear for the all India Trade Test. Non-compliance will disqualify the trainee from appearing in the NCVT examination.
- the Centre will take serious note of willful acts of misbehavior, such as use of obscene words or actions, disobedience, fights in out of our ITI premises and irregular attendance, which will lead to severe punishment and possible dismissal.
- in case any trainees shows unsatisfactory performance or conduct, at the first instance, action will be a verbal reprimand. in spite of this , a warning in writing will be given to him with a copy to his/ her parents/guardian. Recurrence of the shame or similar offence, will lead to suspension or dismissal from the centre. In such an eventuality, the students will not have any claim for a refund of any fees of amounts paid.
- Unless permitted by the Honorary Director, no trainee shall become a member of any club, association, union or the like, which is not conductive to the academic credibility of the trainee.
- No trainee shall play in any team against the team of the centre.
- Smoking, gambling, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited within the premises of the centre.
- Time and again, the above-mentioned rules are liable to change. Each trainee will be bound by these rules in force at the time
